Mark your calendar for April 13, 2025, to enjoy the third edition of the Itzulia Basque Challenge.
There will be two routes: one identical to the final stage of the Itzulia 2025, and another for those who prefer a less demanding course. The first route, the World Tour, will allow participants to follow the same path as the professional cyclists of the Itzulia Basque Country, who completed it the day before, giving amateur riders the chance to experience what the best in the world do. On the other hand, those choosing the Medio Fondo will complete part of the professional route but with fewer kilometers, making the event more accessible to different levels. Both routes will showcase the beauty of the region’s valleys and mountains.
“We are thrilled to organize the third edition of the Itzulia Basque Challenge. The previous two editions were a success, and the feedback from participants has been very positive. Our goal is to keep growing and to firmly establish this event in the cycling calendar,” said Julián Eraso, director of the event organization. “We are excited to announce the official date, and we are sure that April 13, 2025, will be a day to remember.”
